[MKWii] How can I add custom tracks to my Mario Kart Wii ISO to use with the Dolphin emulator?
[MKWii] How can I add custom tracks to my Mario Kart Wii ISO to use with the Dolphin emulator?
My girlfriend and I started playing 2-player multiplayer on Mario Kart Wii on my computer using 2 gamepads, Dolphin, & Mario Kart Wii ISO file, and I recently learned about hacks/mods to add custom tracks.
I haven't had much luck getting anything to work. I obtained an ISO file for Mario Kart Wii CTGP (Not sure which version), but the track select screen shows weird arrow icons for the cups, instead of the normal icons -- and there doesn't seem to be any new tracks. I read somewhere about having to use a loader, but I didn't understand.
Can someone please list the steps to getting custom tracks to work with my setup? I don't care if it's not CTGP, but is another mod instead. As long as it works.
